ISO 16604:2004 Certification

ISO 16604:2004 defines a laboratory test method for computing the struggle of materials used in protecting clothing to penetration by blood-borne pathogens. This test method uses a replacement bacteria under circumstances of incessant liquid contact. Protecting clothing "pass/fail" determinations are based on the detection of viral penetration at an exact hydrostatic force using the ISO 13994 test apparatus.

This test method is not always commanding in testing protecting clothing materials having thick, inner liners which willingly absorbs the challenge fluid.

This test method includes a multifaceted examine procedure. Because of the length of time necessary to complete this test method, it might not be appropriate for use as a material or protecting clothing quality control or assurance procedure.
